2. Order Process & Modifications

Orders can be placed through our website or app.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled if already processed or dispatched.

FrozeNation reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, delivery limitations, or force majeure situations.

3. Delivery Policy

We deliver to selected pin codes. Please check delivery availability before placing an order.

We make every effort to deliver your order within the chosen slot, but delays may occur due to unforeseen conditions.

Customers must be available to receive the order. If undelivered due to customer absence, we are not responsible for the product condition.

4. Pricing & Payment

5. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of meats and seafood, we do not accept returns.

If the product delivered is incorrect or damaged, report it within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

After verification, eligible complaints will be resolved through refund or replacement.
