Due to the perishable nature of meats and seafood, we do not accept returns.
If the product delivered is incorrect or damaged, report it within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
After verification, eligible complaints will be resolved through refund or replacement.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during checkout through Razorpay.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
